Thank you
to everyone at Hibiscus House for a wonderful holiday. We have just returned
after spending one week of pure relaxation, we really did feel pampered.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they all went the extra mile to make
our stay so very enjoyable. We are a family of 8 and stayed in both the private
suites, and also two of the Garden rooms, all the rooms were great and the beds
very comfortable. We loved the local beach, and enjoyed a day fishing on the
river, all arranged by the hotel. The chef even cooked the fish we caught for
us on the evening.
Unfortunately because of the Ebola outbreak tourism in The Gambia has been badly effected and we had the hotel to ourselves, which was great for us, but not for the people of Gambia and those running businesses. Please don't be put off visiting this country, Gambia is Ebola free, and the most friendly place you could visit.
